Mariner III is a superbly flexible events venue. We can hold you event in front of the Statue of Liberty, cruising along New York’s East River, on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway or in the magical Bahamas.
The boat offers comfortable accommodation and the finest catering. There is ample space for parties of up to 90 people with live music and dancing.
We have had the pleasure of hosting weddings, anniversary parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, reunion dinners, business meetings, holiday parties, graduation celebrations, sweet 16 events, bah mitzvah, bar mitzvah, memorial services, wine tastings, Statue of Liberty cruises, Hudson River Valley and West Point cruises, fall foliage cruises, and family vacations.

Mariner III has two seasonal locations. During the winter months the boat is based at the Palm Beach Yacht Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mariner III can attend events and cruise right along the Florida Intracoastal Waterway from Fort Pierce in the north to Miami in the south. Does you home or club have dock access? We can come right to you. Mariner III can remain stationary as a dining or party platform, but why not cruise along the Florida Intracoastal Waterway?
During the summer months Mariner III is docked at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan. This is an easy to access location at 23rd Street and the West Side Highway and is the starting point for our popular cruises around New York City. We can also attend any water-accessible location in the New Jersey, Long Island and the New England area. Cruise from Liberty Landing, Greenwich CT, Norwalk CT, Stamford CT, Old Saybrook CT, Newport RI and Sag Harbor NY.

Your wedding day is truly special. It’s a time to bring together family and friends, to say “I do” and to celebrate life together. Mariner III has hosted many weddings and created an unforgettable setting for one of the biggest days in your life.
You and your wedding planner are welcome to draw on our many years of experience. We can provide a setting for your pre wedding meal, your reception and even the service itself. Imagine being married at sea by the Mariner III’s captain!
During the summer months, Mariner III is based at Chelsea Piers on the Hudson River. From there we can attend events anywhere in the New England or New York area where there is pier access. Some events commence at Chelsea Piers which has easy access for Manhattan.
In the winter, Mariner III is based at the Palm Beach Yacht Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. From there the Mariner III can attend events along the Atlantic Coast down to Miami.
The Mariner III was built in 1926 and retains it’s original Gatsby era elegance. It’s glistening white hull and varnished teak cabins exude a historic quality that modern yachts cannot match. However this elegance is intensely practical. Mariner III can accommodate and cater for 90 guests. The upper deck, the rear deck and the salon all offer a different atmosphere and allow different groupings to feel at home. There is plenty of room for musicians and DJs. A bar and wait staff are available.
Say your vows in the shadow of the Statue of Liberty. Party to a backdrop of the bright lights of Miami. Lean on the rail and watch the beautiful shorelines of New England slip past. A wedding on the Mariner III is an experience you will never forget.
