Palm Beach Vintage Regatta
Boat fans, February 21st 2015 is your day. Get along to the Palm Beach Vintage Regatta and you will have a great time.
“On February 21st, 2015 The Palm Beach Vintage Regatta invites you to be a part of its Inaugural Antique Yacht Exhibit and Sail Races. To see who will win the Cup join us at the beautiful downtown West Palm Beach waterfront. This is a spectator event and is open to the public.
The Palm Beaches has a long history of being one of the finest yachting destinations in the U.S. with yachts hailing from ports across the globe. Regattas and races are part of our history and date back to the 1920’s. Well, we embrace our past. The legendary Palm Beach Cup was held right here between the Flagler Memorial and the Royal Park Bridges.
In years past, the docks were alive with some of the most magnificent works of art handcrafted of wood. Many of these beautiful yachts still exist including “HONEY FITZ”; The Presidential Yacht, which served five United States Presidents, and many other distinguished yachts with be on display. The City of West Palm Beach’s Flagler Drive docks provides a perfect setting for land displays of watercraft and other exhibits”.

We Have a Stowaway
Mariner III is sailing south from Palm Beach to Miami for a charter at the Art Deco Fountainbleu Hotel.
We seemed to have gained a stowaway!
It’s a flat sea and we are making about 10 knots. The journey to Miami takes about six hours as it’s 60 Nautical miles from Palm Beach Inlet to Miami Government Cut Inlet.

Palm Beach Christmas Party
It’s time to think about your Palm Beach christmas party. Mariner III is based in West Palm Beach from October and is the perfect christmas party venue. Why book a club or restaurant when you can have your christmas party on a private cruise?
During the Fall and Winter months, Mariner III is based at the West Palm Beach Yacht Club on Flagler Drive. The yacht club is easily accessible from downtown West Palm Beach and from Palm Beach. Or Mariner III can come to you if you have a dock with Intracoast Waterway access.
Mariner III can accomodate up to 95 guests. We offer high quality, fresh food prepared by our resident chef on the day. There is a choice of menus from full sit down dinner to buffet snacks. We have a bar on the covered rear deck and offer a choice of services from juice and sodas through to premium bar service. Live band or DJ? No problem, and there’s plenty of room to dance.
